Translator and poet, Marcela Sulak's work has appeared in a wide variety of literary journals, including Fence, Indiana Review,
Notre Dame Review, Spoon River Review, Quarterly West, and River Styx. She has authored two collections –
Of All the Things That Don't Exist, I Love You Best and Immigrant – and
co-edited the prize winning anthology Family Resemblance.
Her translations include K.H. Mácha's May (Twisted Spoon Press), and
Mutombo Nkulu-N'Sengha's Bela-Wenda: Voices from the Heart of Africa (Host Publications).
She currently directs the Shaindy Rudoff Graduate Program in Creative Writing at Bar-Ilan University in Israel, where
she is Senior Lecturer in the Department of English.
