peter pessl
Born 1963 in Frankfurt am Main, Peter Pessl grew up in Germany and Austria. Since his first book
appeared in 1984, he has published a number of volumes of poetry, prose, and radio plays as well as
creating work for audio spaces, installations, and performances. Pessl lives in Vienna where he continues to
write and organize various literary and audio art projects for Austrian radio (ORF).
